Joan C. Junkus is a Professor of Finance at DePaul University, Chicago, and received her MBA and Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Illinois, Urbana. Her research interests include Socially Responsible Investing, market anomalies, financial history, and the art market. She is the author of numerous papers in The Journal of Futures Markets, Derivatives Use, Trading & Regulation, Financial History, Managerial Finance, and The Journal of Business Ethics.
Dr. Junkus is also the author of a derivatives textbook and several chapters in derivatives Handbooks. She serves on the editorial boards of Managerial Finance and Review of Pacific Basin Financial Markets and Policies. At DePaul, Dr. Junkus served as Associate Dean of the College of Commerce and Chair of the Finance department.
